Warranties and Returns

Crabzz Store is providing a 15-day return policy for all the products sold if they are in the same condition as you have received them, with all the packaging and accessories. The item has to be unused and in its original packaging. Shipping charges involved are the buyer’s responsibility. After 15 days from the date of purchase, we won’t offer a refund, return or exchange. To facilitate the return or exchange, please provide an invoice or other proof of purchase documentation issued at the moment of sale. Discounted items are non-refundable and are final sale. Damaged or defective items might be exchanged for the same model or for an alternative offering if the same product is not available.
